The Capsule Length Max allows the user to set the maximum number of frames that can be transmitted by the AT in a single Access Channel Capsule.

Capsule Length Max is sent over-the-air on the AccessParameters Message.

Capsule Length Max sets the CapsuleLengthMax in Default Access Channel MAC Protocol and the Enhanced Access Channel MAC Protocol.
