Country code sets the 3-digit BCD encoded representation of the cell country code of the sector, which specifies the country that the sector resides in.
Country code is sent in the Sector Parameters message (see TAP/ETAP Data Connection Call Flow ).
Country code can be changed at any time and will be sent out in the next overhead message.
