DRC Channel Gain sets the power of the R-DRC Channel relative to the power of the R-Pilot Channel.
The DRC Channel Gain parameter is sent in the Traffic Channel Assignment message (see TAP/ETAP Data Connection Call Flow ).
DRC Channel Gain can be changed at any time.
