UATI024 represents the lower 24 bits of the UATI assigned by the AN to the AT when an UATI Request is processed from the AT. In most of the cases (TAP/DPA/MFPA/EMPA/eHRPD), except LTE/eHRPD optimized handover, UATI024 is combined with Sector ID to generate the UATI.
