To support CDMA2000 1xRTT to E-UTRAN handoff in idle state, the test set needs to broadcast E-UTRAN Neighbor Parameters in Alternative Technologies Information Message (ATIM), so the UE uses the information received from ATIM to perform E-UTRAN frequency channel measurements.
Specifies whether to broadcast the Alternative Technologies Information Message (ATIM) to the UE in System Parameters Message(SPM) or MC-RR Parameters Message (MCRRPM). The ATIM is sent on the paging channel, the primary broadcast control channel, or the Fundamental Channel.
This setting is applicable when:
Active Cell
IS-2000
Release 0 or Release A (P-REV>=6).
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:ATIMessage:INDicator
Specifies how frequently the ATIM is broadcasted in System Parameters Message(SPM) or MC-RR Parameters Message (MCRRPM). The test set sends the ATIM at least once during every 16 paging slot interval. The formula: [(SysTime)/16]mod2ATIMCycleIndex=0. SysTime is the CDMA system time in units of 80ms.
This setting is applicable when:
Active Cell
IS-2000
Release 0 or Release A (P-REV>=6).
On
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:ATIMessage:CYCLe
E-UTRAN Neighbor Parameters are signalled to the UE in the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record in ATIM. The following settings for E-UTRAN neighbor parameters are applicable when:
Active Cell
IS-2000
Release 0 or Release A (P-REV>=6).

GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:PRIority:INCLuded
Specifies the priority of UE's current serving CDMA channel. If the strength of the reference pilot of the serving CDMA2000 network (simulated by the test set) is higher than the Serving Cell Threshold , the UE does not measure the E-UTRA frequency channels whose EARFCNPriority values are lower than the ServingPriority, otherwise, the UE performs measurement on all the E-UTRA frequency channels in the neighbor list.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:SERVing:PRIority
Specifies the strength of the reference pilot of the serving CDMA2000 cell. It is used by the UE to trigger E-UTRAN neighbor selection.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:SERVing:THReshold
Specifies whether to include the common parameters or the EARFCN specific parameters in the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record in ATIM.
When set to
Off
, the following common parameters are included:

On
, the following EARFCN specific parameters are included:
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:PEParameters:INCLuded

GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:MRTimer:INCLuded

GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:MRTimer
Specifies whether to include Minimum Measurement Backoff Timer and Maximum Measurement Backoff Timer fields in the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record in ATIM.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:SBOTimer:INCLuded
Specifies the minimum value of the measurement back-off timer. If an UE has received the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record that includes Minimum Measurement Backoff Timer and Maximum Measurement Backoff Timer fields, and it determines none of the E-UTRA frequency channels meet the reselection criteria, the UE retries the measurement procedures T seconds after the failure is determined. The range of T (seconds) is 2MinMeasurementBackoff <= T <= 2MaxMeasurementBackoff.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:MBOTimer:MINimum
Specifies the maximum value of the measurement back-off timer.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:MBOTimer:MAXimum
Specifies whether to include the PLMN Identifier values in the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record.
When set to
On
, the following PLMN related fields are included:
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:PLMNetwork:INCLuded
Specifies the number of E-UTRA frequencies included in the E-UTRAN Neighbor List Record.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa:FREQuency:NUMBer
Specifies the E-UTRA Absolute Radio Frequency Channel Number (EARFCN) of the neighbor E-UTRA system.
GPIB Command: CALL[:CELL]:IRAT:EUTRa[1]|2:EARFcn
