area of the display changes according to the value you've chosen.For example, If the Cell Band is set to DCS, and you have set the MS TX Power Max CCH (GSM) to power level 0 (power level 0 is 30 dBm) and MS TX Power Max CCH DCS1800 offset to level 3 (which corresponds to a 6 dBm offset). Therefore, the maximum power the mobile station is allowed to transmit on the contol channel is 36 dBm.
