Function

Sets/queries the trigger arm state for the Detection of E-DCH HARQ ACK Indicator Channel measurement. The trigger arm state determines whether the measurement will be made once then stop (0|OFF (single)), or automatically re-arm upon completion of one measurement and repeat the process (1|ON (continuous)).
