HSUPA PS Data Setup

•  PS Data E-RGCH Information State

   This setting determines whether the E-RGCH Information IE is signaled to the UE during the setup of a PDP context. If this IE is signaled, the UE will listen for up/down/hold commands on the E-RGCH. If it is not signaled, then the UE will not listen to an E-RGCH (and thus will determine its serving grant solely based upon the E-AGCH).

   Note, this setting only affects whether the UE will listen to an E-RGCH. It does not affect whether an E-RGCH is transmitted by the test set. To transmit an E-RGCH from the test set, you must set HSPA Cell 1 Connected E-RGCH Level to on (it is on by default).

   GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:ERGChannel:INFormation[:STATe]

   This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

•  PS Data E-DPDCH Max Channel Codes

   This setting is used to control the value for E-DPDCH Max Channelisation Codes that is signaled to the UE during the setup of a PDP context that uses a 10 ms TTI on the E-DCH.

   GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:EDPDchannel:CCODes:MAX

   This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

•  PS Data Max Number of HARQ Retransmissions

   GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:HARQ:RETRans:MAXimum

•  PS Data SRB Mapping Mode

   GPIB command: CALL:SERVice:PSData:SRBearer:MAPPing

•  PS Data MAC-d PDU Size

   GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:MACD:PDUSize

• E-DCH MAC Entity Type

  This setting specifies whether MAC-e/es or MAC-i/is is to be used as the underlying MAC layer entity when working in HSUPA PS Data mode in CELL_DCH state.

  GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:EDCHannel:MAC

  This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

• AM RLC Mode

  This setting specifies whether uplink AM RLC working in fixed mode or flexible mode when MAC-i/is is used.

  GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:RLC:UPLink:MODE

  This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

• Max Flexible AM RLC PDU Payload Size

  This setting specifies the maximum RLC PDU size in uplink AM RLC layer when flexible RLC PDU size is configured.

  GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:RLC:UPLink:MAXimum:PDU:PSIZe

  This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

• Min Flexible AM RLC PDU Payload Size

  This setting specifies the minimum RLC PDU size in uplink AM RLC layer when flexible RLC PDU size is configured.

  GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:RLC:UPLink:MINimum:PDU:PSIZe

  This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.

• Flexible RLC Length Ind Size

  This setting specifies the Length Indicator size in uplink AM RLC layer when flexible RLC PDU size is configured.

  GPIB command: CALL:HSUPa:SERVice:PSData:RLC:UPLink:LINDicatior:SIZE

  This setting can only be changed when the connection status is Idle.
