Paging Service

The Paging Service setting is used to set which type of service is initiated when the test set pages the UE. The Paging Service setting does not apply to UE-originated connections (see Establishing a Connection with the UE ).

Paging Service can be set to RB Test Mode (see Radio Bearer Test Mode ), UMTS/GPRS Packet Data (see insert link here), or AMR Voice (see AMR Setup ).

For the lab application only, Paging Service can also be set to UMTS/GPRS Packet Data (the test set only supports UE-origination of CS Data services, so CS Data is not an option for Paging Service ).
