Current Service Type

Current Service Type indicates the type of service that is currently active. While in Active Cell Operating Mode , Current Service Type is displayed on the Call Setup Screen (and can be queried using the CALL:STATus:SERVice:TYPe? command). Current Service Type is set to the active service type upon completion of the establishment of the service.

The test set supports the following service types:

Current Service Type is set to None whenever an event occurs that causes the service to be stopped. For example:

  • End Call (base station release).
  • Any call processing error resulting in a dropped call.
  • UE-initiated end of service.
  • Full or partial preset.
