If it is set to On , antenna 1 modulation pattern of S-CPICH will be transmitted on antenna 2. The scrambling code of S-CPICH is UTRA FDD (Cell 1) Primary Scrambling Code .

If it is set to Off , S-CPICH will not be allocated on antenna 2.
