CALL[:CELL]:RESelection:GSM:SHCS[:SVALue]

Function

Sets/queries the Shcs, rat (GSM), and sets its state to ON.

This setting controls the Shcs, rat parameter in SIB3. This parameter determines the serving cell RSCP level at which the UE does not need to make inter-RAT measurements.

This setting only affects SIB3 if both the "Inter-RAT (GSM) and "Shcs, rat (GSM) State" settings are On.

CALL[:CELL]:RESelection:GSM:STATe

Function

Sets/queries the Inter-RAT (GSM) 'S' Parameters State.

This setting controls whether any of the inter-RAT cell selection/reselection parameters are included in SIB3.

Setting

Range: 1|ON|0|OFF

Query

Range: 1|0
*RST Setting 0 (off)

CALL[:CELL]:RESelection:HYSTeresis[1]

Function

Sets/queries Hysteresis 1 (Qhyst1) . This setting is only applicable when Quality Measure is set to CPICH RSCP .

This setting can only be changed when call status is Idle . If BCCH Update Page is set to Auto and you change this setting while your UE is camped to the test set, the test set performs a Broadcast Channel (BCCH) Update Procedure (SIB Contents) . If BCCH Update Page is set to Inhibit (the default value) and you change this setting while your UE is camped to the test set, you must force your UE to re-read the BCCH to observe the change (see BCCH Update Page for more details).
