), if no measurement results are displayed for cell 1 (or cell 2 when using the lab application), consider the following:
When you issue the
Send Meas Request
command, the UE is directed to perform measurements on the neighbor cells specified in SIB 11 (see
SIB11 Cell Info List
). It should also report measurement results for any other detected cells not on the neighbor list. However some UEs may require that the cell be in the neighbor list in order to perform measurements on it. Thus, ensure that you have entered cell 1's
Primary Scrambling Code
in the
Intra-frequency Cells
list (and/or cell 2's primary scrambling code, see
"Cell 2 Overview" on page 1
).
