Small Slot Cycle Allowed

When the Idle State Subtype is set to Enhanced (Subtype 1) , Small Slot Cycle Allowed attribute determines how the Slotted Mode is negotiated during a session negotiation.

The Small Slot Cycle Allowed attribute is a "Configurable Attribute" for Enhanced Idle State Protocol as defined in the C.S0024 standard. It is configured during the session negotiation.

Small Slot Cycle Allowed determines whether Slot Cycles of less than 256 slots (0.4266 seconds or Slot Cycle value 0x6) can be set.
