Sets/queries the QOF SETs that are in use for the Cell 2.

Setting

Range: 3 characters formatted as "ABC".

Each of A, B, C can be "0" or "1".

Query

Range: 3 characters formatted as "ABC".

Each of A, B, C can be "0" or "1".
