Function	Queries the block error ratio measurement results in the following order: integrity, block error ratio, block error count, blocks tested, uplink missing blocks.

Function	Queries the Block Error Count result for the block error ratio measurement.

Function	Queries the the intermediate count of blocks tested in the block error ratio measurement.
