UATI Color Code

UATI Color Code

Last updated: November 10, 2006

UATI color code is the color code associated with the subnet to which the UATI belongs.

In the Active Cell operating mode

UATI color code is sent in the UATI Assignment message (see TAP/ETAP Data Connection Call Flow ).

UATI color code can be queried at any time, but a value will only be returned if a session is open (see Session Open State ). UATI Color Code is displayed on the Call Setup screen in the Access Terminal Information (AN Assigned) window.

In the Test operating mode

In the Test operating mode, UATI color code represents the upper 8 bits of the UATI. You must set the UATI (UATI 024 and UATI color code) or Long Code Mask to be used.

There are four settings associated with the UATI in the Test operating mode.

When any of these user settings are set, the other settings are updated to reflect the last setting. The four settings will always be consistent with each other and represent the last input. After setting what you set is displayed on the Call Setup screen in the Access Terminal Information window.
